Notepad save ภาษาไทยไม่ได้

    เคยกันมั้ยครับที่คุณทำการ พิมพ์ภาษาไทยลงไปใน Notepad หรือ csv จากนั้นก็กด Save แต่พอเปิดมาอีกครั้งหนึ่งภาษาไทยที่เราได้ทำการพิมพ์ลงไปนั้น เป็น ?????  หรือภาษาต่างดาว ทำให้เราไม่สามารถอ่านออกได้  นี่อาจจะเป็นวิธีการแก้ไขปํญหาของคุณได้ครับ เพราะผมลองทำแล้วได้ผลดีเยี่ยมครับ...

ทำตามขั้นตอนนี้เลยครับ

    - Start > Control Panel
    - Clock,Language, and Region
    - Region and Language
    - เลือก tab Administrative
    - Change system locale...
    - จากนั้นให้เลือก Thai (Thailand) > กด OK
    - Restart computer จากนั้นลองเปิด File Notepad หรือ File csv  อีกครั้งก็จะได้แล้วครับ
